MOVING TOWARDS UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE

Moving towards the future of America

Home: Welcome

HEALTHCARE IS A HUMAN RIGHT

In a just society with ample resources and development, all inhabitants should be able to acquire quality and affordable healthcare without hassle. The only detail that should reasonably be up for interpretation is how a nation collectively funds the healthcare costs. Any nation that denies access to healthcare to specific demographics, forces crippling spending by the patients, or forces their citizens to jump through too many hoops just for care is a failure of their healthcare system and a rejection of basic human rights

UNIVERSAL HEALTHCARE

The health

Universal health care is a system that provides quality medical services to all citizens. The federal government offers it to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.

SINGLE PAYER

Public Insurance

Single-payer healthcare is a type of universal healthcare financed by taxes that covers the costs of essential healthcare for all residents, with costs covered by a single public system (hence 'single-payer').

"Health care must be recognized as a right, not a privilege. Every man, woman and child in our country should be able to access the health care they need regardless of their income. The only long-term solution to America's health care crisis is a single-payer national health care program."
